the beach had soft sand and clear water (it reminded me of a dream). i found comfortable sun loungers and palapas with ample space. breakfast on the beachfront was a good experience.

the staff was really supportive from arrival. they was kind and accommodating . the beach had clear, clean waters. i also find sun loungers always available.
check in was slow, it took about 15 minutes. the associate appear confused and had to make a call. i felt as if i was closing on a house rather than checking into a hotel.

the room had a small refrigerator. i kept some drinks in it. water is way overpriced at the hotel. a convenience store is near by. you can buy water or anything else.

the hotel has two pools. the large pool was not clean one of the days. the hotel allow guest to bring dogs. a guest had a small dog. it was nervous all the time.

The check-in process was quite slow upon arrival. additionally, the room service menu felt somewhat limited. I hoped for a wider selection of both local and international dishes. the delay impacted our initial impression, and the dining options didn't fully meet expectations for a hotel of this category.
